Buying Stocks
Apr 2 2008, 10:53 PM EDT I'm thinking of buying stocks and was wondering if anyone has any insight. For example, I understand you have to open a CDS account and then how does trading happen i.e. how do you know what to buy...is there a website you can monitor stock prices or do you utilize the services of stock brokers? Other than the newspapers where else can you get info about company stock performances? Do these have to declared as income and therefore cause additional taxes for the stock owner? Any other investment ideas? Not that I have plent of dough but just in case I hit the jackpot... I know this should be a separate thread but does anyone share my viewpoint that Barack Obama just might be the next President of the US? If so, there's hope for the youth :) 7 out of 7 found this valuable. Do you? |
